Public Participation Forum on The Real Estate Regulation Bill

In our capacity as members of the Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA), Karanja Njenga Advocates, represented by Romario Mzee Chacha (5th from the right on the front seat), presented a memorandum on the Real Estate Regulation Bill (2023) to the Senate Standing Committee on Land, Environment  and Natural Resources which was published in the Kenya gazette supplement No. 135 dated 11th August, 2023.

With the Kenyan real estate sector serving as a critical driver of economic growth and development, the outcomes of these discussions hold considerable significance for industry practitioners, policymakers, and the general public alike. By actively participating in the legislative processes, the firm is steadfast in advocating for policies that not only safeguard rights and promote justice but also facilitate sustainable development and prosperity for present and future generations.
