The firm’s debt collection department is a fully fledged unit within the firm whose core mandate is collection and recovery of outstanding debts consisting of Secured debts, Unsecured debts, debts arising from professional services rendered, goods supplied and delivered with litigation as a last option.

The department has been in operation for more than twenty years with an experienced team in credit management.

Our clientele includes banks in various tiers, Saccos, Companies and individuals. To streamline the debt collection process, the firm has invested in a debt collection management software and a call center which makes it efficient and effective to make calls, manage delinquent accounts outsourced to us, formulate & generate reports to our clients, as well as timeously communicate to the debtors through various channels.

We have licensed private investigators with whom we collaborate with to help us with investigations and skip tracing.
