They either:
- Work for a company based outside Kenya, or
- Offer freelance services to international clients.
2. What is the Digital Nomad Permit “ Class N Permit”?
A digital nomad permit applies to foreigners who work remotely or offer services to companies or clients abroad while legally living in Kenya. It ensures they meet certain legal and financial requirements.
3. What are the key requirements to get this permit?
To qualify, you must:
✅ Have a valid passport.
✅ Prove that you work remotely for an overseas company or have international freelance clients.
✅ Show that you earn at least $55,000 USD per year from outside Kenya.
✅ Provide proof of accommodation in Kenya.
✅ Submit a clean criminal record from your home country.
