Who we are/
Karanja-Njenga Advocates is a well-established legal firm based in Nairobi and founded on 24th February, 1994 with our office at Spring Valley Business Park on Lower Kabete Road. Over the last thirty plus (30+) years, the firm has shared the goal of delivering SMART and Ethical services to our clients, smoothing out their difficulties and helping them meet their business objectives.
We have continually committed to uphold and fully subscribe to the business ethos of the profession while consistently being responsive to the needs of our clientele.
Our experienced team of professionals bring a consultative approach to understanding the unique needs and goals of individual, corporate and institutional clients. nomination for the prestigious Africa Legal Awards in the CSR, Diversity, Transformation, and Economic Empowerment category in September 2025 making us the only Kenyan law
firm recognized in this space.

Sharpening the Future Legal Minds
We launched a Law Club at Farasi Lane Secondary School to inspire young minds with legal knowledge, academic guidance, and ethical leadership. This earned us a nomination for the prestigious Africa Legal Awards in the CSR, Diversity, Transformation, and Economic Empowerment category—making us the only Kenyan law firm recognized in this space.
Empowering the next generation
Through the KNA Scholars Program, we provide mentorship and career exposure to students from our team’s families—helping them explore diverse interests and build confidence for the future.
Pro Bono with Purpose
We actively take on pro bono matters under our firm’s Pro Bono Policy. Notably, we are currently offering pro bono conveyancing services to FIDA (K), supporting their acquisition of FIDA House—a milestone that will enhance their mission of advancing women’s rights in Kenya.
